Orders will usually be processed with 48 hours and dispatched shortly after. It can then take up to 10 business days from the order date to arrive.
Depending on your location around the world, the closest manufacturer, printer and distribution centre may be used to help minimise delivery costs and timeframes.

Shipping is calculated based on the weight on products and your location. The heavy the item, or combined items you purchase the more delivery will cost. You may calculate your estimated shipping fee on the checkout page at any time to determine how much to expexct the delivery fee to be.
There is also the option of Standard or Express shipping depending on how quickly you would like to recieve your package. Furthermore, if you are in Australia, you may also opt for the local pickup option which enables you to pickup from the next local market stall I hold (subject to availability).

Yes, we offer international shipping. The cost of shipping is determined when you go through the cart and checkout pages of the website. You can calculate an estimate of your shipping fee based on your location on the cart page.

Please contact us if your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe or if there’s an issue with a shipment. We will assist in resolving the issue.

You can cancel or amend your order by contacting us as soon as possible. Cancellations or changes are only possible before the order has been processed. If the order has already been processed it has gone to production for printing we cannot make changes or cancel it

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once they have been opened or used.

As most of our products are made to order or part of limited editions, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, we’re here to help.
To request a refund, replacement or store credit:
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
Provide your order number and a clear photo of the item and packaging
Let us know whether you’d prefer a replacement, store credit, or refund
We will assess your request and, if approved, organise a suitable resolution at no extra cost to you.
3. Lost or Delayed Orders
We use reliable postal and courier services, but occasionally delays may occur.
Please allow the estimated delivery timeframe noted at checkout before contacting us about a delay
If your item appears to be lost in transit, we will investigate and, if necessary, replace your order
We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

In most cases, return postage will be at our expense if the product is faulty or incorrect
